About the EASI

The purpose of the Evaluation in Ayres Sensory Integration (EASI) is to provide a valid and reliable set of tests for assessing key sensory integration functions that underlie learning, behavior, and participation.
Follow these steps to start using the EASI.

1.

Take CLASI Modules 2 & 3

Completion of CLASI Modules 2 & 3 are required for accessing the EASI Scoring Program. The full CLASI Certificate in ASI program is recommended for comprehensive training in ASI.

2.

Build Your EASI Kit and Print Test Sheets

Professionals who are trained on the EASI will be able to gather their own test materials from regular stores/online sources and print their own test sheets.

3.

Log In to the EASI Scoring Program

Therapists gain access to the ESP after completing Module 3. Access is free for the first year and includes unlimited scoring. After the initial year, there is a $50 annual fee.

4.

Start Using the EASI

Stop guessing and start assessing! Begin using the EASI in practice as a means for assessing sensory integrative functions in children ages 3 to 12 years.

The EASI measures sensory perception, postural/ocular/bilateral motor integration, praxis, and sensory reactivity, in a manner that minimizes the influences of culture, language comprehension, and prior experience. The EASI tests are designed for children 3-12 years of age and will be made available to appropriately trained professionals, in a low-cost and accessible format.
